About | This holiday season, Cambridge Art Association [CAA] is hosting two Holiday Mini-Markets at our Charles River Speedway location! The mini-markets are open to local makers and artisans, and will feature wares from up to 8 makers at each market.

Fees:
$100 per day for CAA Members; includes use of one 4-foot long table, and one chair
$150 per day for all others; includes use of one 4-foot long table, and one chair
Additional Information:
- Vendor set-up space: approximately 4′ by 6′
- Mini Market vendors will not have use of the walls in CAA’s Speedway Gallery. Because of space limitations, we cannot accommodate portable walls for the mini markets.
- Staff/volunteers will be on hand throughout the event, and will set-up tables and chairs; vendors will be responsible for all set-up and breakdown of their wares.
- Load-in time will begin at 10:30am the day of the event; breakdown must be completed by 7pm the day of the event.
- Vendors will be required to sign a liability waiver after their applications have been approved.
- CAA does not take a percentage of any sales from the Mini Markets.
- If you are unable to participate in the Mini Market, please let us know ASAP. Cancellations up to 14 days prior to the event will receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event will not receive a refund.
